Blossoming

Well, I’m a day late, but spring is finally here. It began inauspiciously enough, with torrential rain all day but considering this is one of the coldest and wettest Melbourne winters we’ve had for a Very Long Time, the simple act of being able to say “it’s spring!” is a breath of fresh air.

I thought – in honour of the fact that the blossoms are out – I’d re-wear the Nina Kay blossom blouse that I bought last week. It dresses down as nicely as it dresses up, and even though my Nana would have been scandalised by the fact my shirt tails are on FULL DISPLAY, I quite like the rumpled, casual effect of it.

  1. Your fashion sense is amazing! I wish I had your gift of putting such beautiful outfits together.

Thanks for sharing it with us 🙂

  2. I’m thinking about knitting that kind of vest (for me this time! yeah!). It won’t look that good for sure, especially on me 😀
    hugz!

  3. you bought the levi curve jeans? eeeeee! (am a bit delirious – overworked and sleep deprived and pissed on 2 wines)
they are da bomb. I have the demi curve too. Apparently, I am told on good authority that 50 or 75% or something of ladies are a demi. Told by the lady at just jeans.
Bettina Liano curve jeans are also the bomb, I tried them on and they did quite spectacular things with my buttocks – the saleslady was quite impressed. They cost $250 tho 🙁
they go up to a 36″ waist I think. The sizing is a bit less generous.
