I’ve been dying to wear this Demeter dress from Anna Allen Clothing again, so here it is in all of its giant, shapeless, beige glory.
It’s really grown on me in the past couple of days – it’s remarkably comfortable to wear, I love the way it layers with cardigans and tights, the fabric that was such a pain in the ass to wrangle has proven itself to be soft, uncrushable, and (the best thing) exactly the right colour and texture to disguise smooshed banana, weetbix, biscuit crumbs, tea spills, and the other casualties of living with a one year old. It’s nice to have something that doesn’t look like it needs to be washed two hours after you put it on.
Worn today with a cardigan from Princess Highway, wooly tights from Ebay, boots from Ziera, and a necklace I made myself when I did a Polly Collective polymer clay bead class with my best friend
