Just dropping in very quickly to say “Hi!”, I’m still here, I’ve just been very busy with all the back and forth to Sydney to visit my beautiful sister in hospital, and trying to juggle work and home life. And I got hit with the dreaded lurgie.
No post, just an outfit shot – do forgive me, life just keeps getting in the way.
hugs and kisses for you and your sister x
Cute vest btw 🙂
Thanks so much, Candice.
I hope your sister is feeling better!
Thanks Anna – she’s definitely on the right path to recovery. Early days yet, but she’s got a lot of love and support surrounding her.
You look lovely! & no apologies – keep all yr strength & focus on yr sweet sister. Love & health to Mae, & love & strength to you!
Thanks Molly 🙂
No apologies necessary! I hope your sister feels better soon!
Don’t you look all prim and proper, in the best possible way! And with excellent shoes!
Thanks Veronica – I LOVE Chie Mihara’s… I have a bit of an obsession
Best wishes to you, your sister and your family! Not sure what a lurgie is but take care of yourself!
Thanks Crystal. A lurgie’s a not-too-bad, unidentified sickness. In my case, lots of coughing and nose blowing!
very sweet outfit! Hope your sis is getting better each day!
Thanks Shelly – so far so good!
All best wishes to you both! And I’d like to echo everyone else in adding cute outfit, love the vest.
Thank you, Catherine! I’ve almost retired the vest once or twice – I’m glad I keep re-thinking it, because it’s a pretty good design/fit
Best wishes for your sister and your family. And that outfit is incredibly cute. I’m filled with clothing envy at this second.
Thanks so much, Annie 🙂
I love that outfit! And I’m thinking extra positive thoughts for Mae! I’m in Sydney too so hope they’re nice and strong when they reach her 🙂
Aw, thanks Kellytubbie. They must’ve – she’s recovered from the surgery in record time & is finally back in Canberra with her fluffies. The first battle is over, now we have to win the war
Big virtual hugs to you and your sis.
Be good to catch up over cuppy cakes soon.
Love your work!
Thanks Cilla – She’s got a long road ahead of her, but it makes me feel good to know how many people are walking it beside us
That outfit is adorable! I love it!
And I’m also flabbergasted that Australia has Target and Canada doesn’t!!??!
Grrrrr
Really? That’s bizarre! For what it’s worth I don’t think our Target has much in common to the USA Target, apart from the same logo. We never seem to get the same clothes.
All the best to your sister – lovely outfit, too 🙂
Thanks Naomi 🙂
hi. i’m a new reader. was wondering if that vest is being currently sold at target ?
Oh, “lurgie” is sinusitis in American!
Very glad to read your sis did well after surgery. Sending healing thoughts and wishes your sister and family’s way.
Love this chic grown-up take on academic style.
