You know what they say: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
This top worked so well belted over a black pencil skirt last time I wore it that I’ve gone with the same look again. I’ve subbed out the nude legs for my heart-print tights from Leona Edmiston, the wide black belt for a thinner patent leather one. But otherwise the whole ensemble is more or less identical.
I’m still getting used to the beautiful ring on my finger…
If it ain’t broke – don’t fix it. I can’t believe how long your hair is getting too.
I commented on twitter today that the past two days outfits have been variations on the same thing. If you hadn’t pointed it out I wouldn’t have noticed. There is enough different about each outfit to not make it seem the same.
That colour looks gorgeous on you. And I think you’ve been remarkably restrained and classy when it comes to pics of your beautiful engagement ring. If it were me, I’d have to sit on my hands as a way of stopping myself from flapping the ring in front of peoples faces/the camera/my own face at every opportunity. Yes, I’m that shallow… But I just love your engagement ring. 🙂
eee! so exciting! and I love the red on you x
maybe commission Chitra to design you a wedding dress…thought of that? 😀
You look great, Lilli!
I love this ensemble, and with the most beautiful sparkly accessory! I loved that Eliza P top so much I bought one in teal, alas I don’t have a waist, so it doesn’t sit well on me…yet, it’s become my new feasible goal top because I do love its shape and detail.
It took me a third look to track down your fabulous top on Eliza Parker’s site, only because it looks a zillion times more marvelous on you than on the mannequin.
And hurray for love! My best wishes to you both!
