Frugal February: Uncaged

Skirt: Sussan
Shoes: Zu
Not trying very hard today, I’m afraid! I looked in my wardrobe this morning and thought “meh” so I’ve gone with something very simple.
I picked this little tee up in December at the Suzuki Night Markets when I was out with my little sister doing a spot of Christmas Shopping. She told me that she liked the top, because the cage door was open, and I liked it because it tied in nicely with a terribly emo poem that I wrote during the Dark Days of 2009.
Uncaged birds are the bomb, blossy – welcome to the flock.

  1. I think I posted a comment to this effect last summer, but it bears repeating:

I can say without exaggeration that you're one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. If you didn't live across the sea (and I weren't so shy), I'd ask you if you wanted to get coffee with me some Sunday morning.

Anyhow, good luck in the new year.

  2. Hello there,
i really like this outfit. Itsn't it great how a simple denim skirt and t-shirt can look so absolutely fantastic!

    Cheers,
nellah (A big fan of your blog!)

  3. Oh, Vanoue! Thank you for linking to that!

Yep, the dark days are in the past, I think… there's a few cloudy days, but the sun has risen.

LOL, ain't that the truth Jen!

    Aw, thanks T. 🙂

You do have a bird thing, Fi, don't you?

I love it, Nellah. Sometimes the best looks are the simplest ones.
