The Devil’s in the Details

Top: Chelsea
Jeans: Grace Hill @ Ezibuy
Brooch: Button Tree
At my age I’m probably far too old to consider wearing such silly and adorable shoes, but who the hell cares, right?
I wore them out today to hit up the shops on my afternoon off (where I met reader Erin – Hi Erin!). They’re real shoes with real soles – not a lot of support or cushioning, so you wouldn’t want to go hiking in them, but for a jaunt around the city they’re perfectly comfortable.
I got a few comments about them, with one sales assistant asking if they were Tasmanian Devils. Officially they’re Chihuahuas, but I have a soft spot for Tassie Devils, so I’m sticking to that story.

The brooch is new too – I bought it from The Cat’s Meow about a week ago, because I needed a little pick-me-up – I seem to be on a bit of a bird kick at the moment…

  11. Hi Lilli! I'm Jenipher on CurvyChick 🙂

I <3 that top! What's it made of? The one you're wearing looks like it has more structure than the Etsy one? Hit me up girl – I might wire you some cash to pick one up if they make my size…

    p.s. <3 the blog hard!!

  12. Hi there, Jenipher!
It's 100% lambswool – thankfully not scratchy though! The size I'm wearing was the largest (size 16) but there's a bit of room… Hope this helps 🙂
